i used panzer acrylics as the base colores and a very fine thinners my mates an engineer and this stuff is so strong if you dont keep it sealed it will evaporate its awsome to work the highlighting with . very forgiving if you make a mistake as it goes on so thin you have to build it up ,the rusting was hand painted with a slightly mixed colure imade up ,have a really good tip for mud though ,found it out by messing around with a cheap tank , ordinary house filler dap it with your finger around the area you think mud would gather only small amount, you find when spraying the filler sucks up the paint so when youve completed the tank go over the mud dots with a brush and watch the magic happen lol really good effect, used a tamiya weathering kit for some metal finish ,thats about it but after joining this site i learned loads od new stuff for weathering so i plan on using my airbrushing ane weathering with what ive learned to turn out some top tanks i hope
