Spares for Tamiya King Tiger ?

I'm trying to put my old KT back together - I'm missing a few screws(no comments please! ),a turret hatch and a track tensioner. They may never turn up again so is there anyway I can buy these new from somewhere ?

After someone on here very kindly offered to send me a tensioner I finally remembered where some of the parts were - all I'm missing now is the little screws that hold the base of the turret onto the main body of the turret - any ideas where I can get these from please ? I bet I could get them off e bay if only I knew what to search for .....help!
