once you have broken down the tank into its component parts you can start to apply your paint' i used a mix of tamiya NATO green, white, yellow green and buff into a mix that i was happy with.
remember to give the whole thing 3 or 4 thin coats rather than one thick coating of paint!
then take a a bit of pure white and add this to your base color mix and start to squiggle this mix into the middle of all panels and flat surfaces on your tank and you should end up with it looking like this.
some of the pic's have been darkened a bit so you can see how the lighter paint goes on top of the base color.
...............cheers oz.

Re: late war panther g.
Very nice, almost looks like a modern tank.
Re: late war panther g.
cheers guys, this is gonna be a bit different from what i did with the tiger' when the camo is finished the weathering will be done with oil paints using the oil dot method.
think i may need to resize the pic's as well.

I love your aircraft armor, I am thinking about doing it with my e50 build....
Re: late war panther g.
its a very easy thing to do' and i think gives the vehicle a bit of extra detail and character, go for it! but take some pic's and post them.

Re: late war panther g.
I have a build thread in the hl section called" converting a king tiger to a e50".....I will be doing all the "weilding" this weekend as we expect a lot of rain....It will be no where near as nice as you panther though.
Re: late war panther g.
long as your happy with what you do mate' that's all that matters
i sprayed on the basic camo then hand painted the camo again to give it a hard edge' but keep the paint thin so you don't get a build up on the camo edge.

Not sure what's happend to the pictures on this thread!!! But after seeing this tank back in 2012 I have allways intended to do mine the same! But yesterday out of the blue I had the opportunity to buy the tank!!!!!! Will have it for the next Hyde meet! Will post pic's of it and an internal view will be modding the inside but that's all !
I love the smell of napalm in the morning!
