1/16 Total conversion Panther II Tamiya
with a asiatam F turret broaden up for the 88mm Gun, wheelspaces relocated as with the real one
even the frontplate is given more degrees like the KT front

it was a very challenging build , almost everything has to change it was no ordely pantherchassis , but the result may be seen

the other panther is Panther G N°131 from kampfgruppe Peiper from Herbstnebel '44 better know as The Ardennes Offensive, this one have one steelwheel on the innersite on the back and rounded hooks on the turret, it was the only one with this rounded hooks by peipers tanks

Well done! Excellent work,would you consider posting the wheel alignment modification? How you actually accomplished the pattern of wheel alignment? Great pictures,thanks for sharing.

i used for reference the panzer tracks of the Panther II , i must look into for the nummer of the Ptracts

Karel,it's the actual mounting of the wheels,is this the Impact suspension kit? Really interesting and a fine build. I can only recall two on this forum in three years,well done mate. If you have build photos I'm sure many here would be interested in the assembly phase.

love it bud, really like the the way the hull splits at the weld lines, very neat. looks like a tank that has lead a hard life, great work.
