HL Model Advice

Hi there, been looking at getting my first Tank an HL Panther IV IR in Grey available from Welshdragon.

This is around the price i want to pay at the moment, would this be a good starter tank?

I will be looking to upgrade/modify it later so not too keen on historical accuracy. I just want to get a Tank & play lol!
