Heng Long Tiger 1 Stuttering

Hi everyone

After a few months of discussion i finally decided to buy a R/C Tank, my choice was the Heng Long Tiger 1, considering my small budget. I took apart the tank and airbrushed it up so it wasn't the basic grey. After i had finished i put the tank back together, connected the battery and gave her a test run. But the tank was going forward a few inches then stopping and carried on repeating this process, and when i lower the gun turret it does exactly the same. I dont know if i have done something wrong or if the battery needs a major charge

yeah it was the battery, gave it a quick charge and everythings working fine thanks for the help
