Hi Iain,
My only thought would be to go and look around at the cheaper end of the childrens toy section and look for some of the large 'Push-along' tanks and armoured vehicles that there are available. Attached are a couple of photos of the wheels of the 'H.M.Forces Army Tactical Battle Tank' They are 58 mm in diameter and would probably require you to scratch-build the centres but at least it is a place to start, If you added a 1mm thick strip of plasticard to the outer edge you have your 60mm. the on-line site for the company...and the 'Tank' is......
http://www.character-online.com/product ... ttle-Tank/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
having just looked at a few Google images of the E-100 the 'King Tiger-ish' looking version which I think is made up is by far the best looking, I wonder if you could actually use 1/16th King Tiger wheels and either take molds to fit in the centre of these wheels or to actually, countersink the whole wheel into the larger one ?
