Battery life ?

I run a 5000mah..2hrs in and its still running.. yes you should get more time from your battery. Just depends on what charger you are using, how good the battery is. If its a good charger and a good battery ,try cycling at few times it should bring it back to life.

I have 2 3800 amh batteries and get about 45 mins each. Running with elmod which i believe is heavier on battery use. If using heng long charger cells might be damaged. I use a smart charger and full discharge battery every time.

Is it Nicd or Nimh ? But even with Nicd you should get a fair bit more out of a good battery,
try fully discharging it with a battery discharger if you have one or try running the tank on blocks (so not a lot of load on the battery) until it dies out, then re-charge.
I have changed over to 5000mAa Nimh and get a few hours on a charge, also changed the battery packs in the Rx's to Nimh (2300mAh) so I should be able to run for hours.
