Leopard 2A6

Post by r32 »

Like the Singapore Armed Forces, I recently acquired a Leopard and have set about refurbishing it......

As I don't have access to an airbruh, I have a simplified interpretation of the standard NATO green/brown/black camouflage scheme with the intention to affix KFOR markings, just as soon as I can make up the stickers. Weathering will come after that......

The Leopard in its previous camouflage scheme - too much brown. It was since corrected. Now my Tamiya Scania and Wedico trailer have a correct-era tank cargo.

I got some die-cut sticky alphabets to do the KFOR markings and used Tamiya's weathering kits to give the tank some weathering:

Sweet looking Leo 2, love the truck and trailer idea. Might have to look into that.
