As many of us, I have a very understanding spouse. This is because I am a modeller. Not just tanks, nor just trains, nor planes, ships, figures, 40K, dolls, houses etc.
I love making models of any and every sort.

This has resulted in great clutter, expense and other matters over which any reasonable lass would have good grounds for violent, terminal divorce.

Yuka, on the other hand has not only tolerated my tickle-minded attitude to models, but has increasingly taken to the hobby herself - starting with large scale dolls, then dolls houses, then 1/16 houses for our WWII Tank Club and finally to her own tank. *_*
She hi-jacked one of the Heng Longs I recently acquired and has 'had a go' at a scheme provided for her by my old mate, Yosuke.
Now, be nice, ladies and gents. This is her first time on anything like this. Her first time with sprays, washes and airbrushes; which she forgot to clean and now is gummed solid with acrylic.

Anyway, enjoy - because I know I enjoyed watching her work.

I like the generally mucky air she has achieved with a sepia wash.

I gave her the wrong clear-coat at the end - giving her Enamel instead of Acrylic - but I think we have escaped largely unscathed with just minor bubbling.

*swells with pride* That's ma gal!
