Heng Long Jagdpanther project
]I purchased a Heng Long Jagdpanther almost 1 year ago, my plan was to use some upgrade parts and see what I would end up with. Needless to say once I started it took on a life of its own and I have spent the last year working on it.
Spreading it over a year I was able to spread out the cost of the parts also. I used a mixture of Resin, Photo Etch and Metal parts plus some scratch built brackets and things. I have almost finished it, just a couple of tools and bits to go on.
I will have to paint a few of the parts yet to go on but otherwise I am happy with my paint job and weathering.

Heng Long Jagdpanther project update
Here is my latest photo of my Jagdpanther, I still have to put on the tow cables, Spare Track locking pins, a couple of tools and other odd bits.

Re: Heng Long Jagdpanther project
Thanks, I can honestly say that I have really enjoyed this project. I have a couple more projects waiting to be done.
I have a Heng Long Panther G, a Heng Long Panzer IV which is going to be upgraded to a late model H / early J and a Tamiya King Tiger.

Re: Jagdpanther final production
Really nice job! I am looking forward to seeing the paint job.I totally agree on the "Weighty" comment, I was amazed at how heavy my Jagdpanther is after all the bits are put on.

The paintwork is very nice, I really like the weathering on this tank, nice detail

Thanks for stopping by, appreciate the comment. I find one of the benefits of working in the larger scale is the amount of detail you can add. I also think the price of the model is really value for money!
