Full size Tiger 1 shovel.

Post by magmer »

You know the shovel on the front hull of a Tiger 1? well I have just bought a full size stainless steel one from Lidl, it is virtually an exact copy of the one on our beloved panzer and only £10!
Needs a bit of weathering but will be very useful for the forthcoming ice age and a good starting point for building a full size Tiger! :haha:

Hi,
LOL....You have one of the more difficult parts to source.....now there are only a few thousand more parts to find and then to assemble and you have a full scale version all ready to go !!!! :D

See if they will be selling any other Tiger parts in the future. I would like an MG34 mounted on my car. Lidl are German as far as I know.

Lidl and aldi are brothers...who argued/fell out and set up rival shops....the same as puma and addidas...(these two were also brothers who fell out and set up their own brands), from what I remember the first part of adidas is adolf...ie, the nick name for adolf is adi...anyway...they are related

I always wondered what that long tube was in our local Aldi, "it was an 88" :haha:
