Jagdpanther night vision

Hi guys

After 12 months off ive another tank on the bench at last. Had enough of bloody Hooben boats! Ive gone for the Jagdpanther this time and thought id do a fictitious night fighter equipped with the IR gear.

As a discussion starter, what are the thoughts regarding placement of the gear, specifically for the driver, would some kind of mount need to be welded to the front of the tank do you think?
thoughts please guys.

And as its fictitous i guess that gives me free licence for the colour scheme as well!!!
