1/72 VSX RC Tanks

Post by Ern »

Does anyone here have them? The 2011 models are supposed to released soon, and some are available now but I want the Tiger v. Sherman combo. Video looks interesting, and I know run time is limited, and am thinking about constructing a 1/72 battlefield.
Would love to hear an honest review. I have four of the VS*R models and they are all DOA. The batteries didn't last. These look a lot better ~ but can they fight???

Well, I guess no one has them. I just received an email and mine will be delivered tomorrow. A pleasant surprise since VSTank kept backing up the anticipated delivery dates. I pre-ordered them from Towerhobbies.com and it looks like Toyeast just added a couple new VSX also. I'll post a review of them if anyone else is interested.

Hi,these are my vsx tanks: Sherman M4, German Tiger, Japanese Type 97 Chi-Ha and Russian T34. the details of these tanks are really good. my favorite is the type 97 chi-ha because its fast and can move over difficult terrain very easily. it can even run over the other vsx tanks.

i have three of them also. they're good fun. Unfortunately the Quality control is a bit suspect. I was sent my t34 with a wheel not attAched properly. Toy east are sending a spare part. Heres crossing my fingers that evryhing will be ok. There's great for going over my airfix pontoon. good fun.

I'm surprised they are not more popular though. Thought there'd be more sellers in uk.

Cydwelicat, i totally agree with you about their quality control. few months back i bought two combo set from them(toyeast). and found one set with the tiger tank running in small circles. the other set also had the same problem but on the sherman tank. i must be the luckiest fella here to get both defective combo sets. so i email them about the problems and got replacements for both of them. now everything is good to go.

anyway did you build a battleground for your vsx tanks to play on..
