I'm Goin' Cuckoo

Post by Panther_John »

Hi all, i'm about to rebuild another HL Panther G for my father this time so i'd like to do it different. 4th Battalion of 6th Coldstream Guards Tank Brigade so we all know which one it's going to be, "Cuckoo". The problem i'm having is trying to find 1/16 scale British figures (hen's teeth!), is there any place i can get one from please? Or is it a case of getting one of the figures that came with the tank and modify him?

Hope someone can help, i'm sick of seeing milliput :haha: ,

Cuckoo great subject full zimmerit and stars, come on brave it out converting some figures with milliput pixie suits and berets, won't be too difficult as the suits are padded and look quite bulky easier to sculpt than some uniforms,

why?was verlinden pricey,I know they do pixie suits in 1/35,but in 1/16 not sure, and pixies are need as cuckoo was winter as you know, and all available pics,I take it you've got em,a couple have such suited crew on show, again great subject, and make sure you post pics, look fwd to seeing this one,

It's not the price, don't mind that Von. Wrong type of pixies if you know what i mean lol, it's them that'll give him the heart attack. But thinking about it it'll be something different, but then again he'll only crash it not looking at what he's doing. To be honest i'm surprised there's not any British commanders in 1/16 scale.
