Photo help please!

I lost my link to a photo that I need. I have googled like crazy, but can't find it again. Would appreciate any help if someone is familiar with the picture.

Originally found teh picture in a google search for "warsaw uprising".

Pic was a German tank (99% sure it was a Tiger1) in a war torn city street.

Key identifier: tank number clearly visible on turret was 141 in a unique font with black surrounded by white outline. I did reproduce the font pretty exactly before losing the pic, and attached it below.

I'm amazed that I can't find that pic again and sure would appreciate any help finding it and any other info on that tank.
