Transmitter wiring

hi all
fiest post to forum .
i have a mato sherman and the wires have come off the movement stick in the hand controller does anyone know what wires go where ? i have a forward reverse contact with 3 prongs on it and a left and right . with 3 prongs .on the plug from the circuit board i have 2 long wires red and white and 2 shorter wires red and black .what goes where and on what contact ? would appreciate a helping hand .
