heng long metal tracks problem

Hi all, first time ive posted anything, hope you can help,,,,ive bought a heng long panzer 3, ive also bought a heng long metal track & idler kit, the problem ive got is - on 1 side the track fits just right....but on the other side its tight and if i put another link in its really floppy, so i dont know what to do, please help, thanks, Malc..

A idler adjuster would solve this problem.
