21st century 1:18 88mm gun

Post by Militarymight »

Im not promising anything but my supplier of 21st century says he has some of these coming to the UK
I can get hold of them but need to buy a minimum of 8 to satisfy their requirements.
The price will between £65 +£70 plus postage of £5 for mainland UK.
Now if anyone is interested then please let me know unfortuntely i need firm commitments during the economic crisis so if I know i can sell at least 6 i will be happy to order.

Pm me if interested i will need a deposit of £40 for each model.
Remember this is a very limited production run and very few are hitting our shores

I had a similar problem with customs with Hop up part for a RC Crawler I was over the limit on a so called gift
so I expect to get hit by them when the T81 tracks arrives from Hong Kong for my HL snow leopard/pershing they cost US$167 with P&P

Hasn't the allowance just gone up for "gifts" from non Eu countries? £300 rising to £340 in January.

Customs seems to be a bit of a lottery - I used to get hammered for import duty on NFL jerseys when I was living back home (back in the days when the Oakland Raiders weren't the laughing stock of the NFL *sigh*) because they shipped via UPS (the dollar was so low them that the Tax was almost more than the item!), but when I ordered an equivalent dollar amount of Battletech minitures from FASA Corp, shipped via USPS, there was no fee!
Similarly when I ordered CD's that weren't available in the UK from a US CD store I got taxed (by the time the VAT and duty got added, I almost paid double!), but if I ordered CD's from Amazon that were US releases (or in one case Japanesse market only!) I didn't get taxed?!?

(Not to mention the fact that I've never yet been hit up for import duty here in Detroit when ordering from Mato toys just across the border in Canada, but others on RCU grumble about customs hassles?!?)

I've never been stung for ordering from Modellino either (famous last words...) altho I couldn't wriggle out of the VAT on the German side ofthose orders either :(
