Nice paint work, the lettering is excellent as well. The Heng Long smokers are junk, if they work at all it never last. Their are some after market smokers available if your wanting this effect to be reliable. If so I can show you the smoker working in a Tiger? Dave Forgebear can provide you with information on the smokers, he is one of the recommended vendors on this forum.

cheers Saxondog

Rommel, the screws that hold the hull upper and lower section together are above the tracks under the side fenders. To remove the tracks push the track pins toward the under side of the tank. Once they are removed you will see the three hull screws on each side.

The screws you can see on the bottom of the hull retain internal parts inside the hull like the smoker unit, three screw near the back of the hull. You may need now to split the hull in order to replace the other screws.

If you need help I can walk you through this procedure, as I was shown when I was a newbie. That is one of the best things about this forum, their are no wrong questions, to not ask a question and to proceed blindly is the wrong thing to due. Also I have asked all these question myself, and like you thought the exposed screws held the tank together. Let me know how I can assist you? cheers Saxondog

PS THE Jagdpanther is a great tank,check out my Jagdpanther build.

My Friend tank you very much for you help ,but a can´t find the 3 screws I only find 2 one removing the 1º weel on the front of the tank, end the second screw on side of the last weel on the back of the tank on each side, there are no more screws on the side ways of the tank.Never mind I just want to take a look on the smoking unit to see if everthing is allright , with this unit on it drains the power of the baterie fastest.
Sorry for my writte is not so good...... :{

Rommel I'm sorry, the instructions were for a TIGER. But the smoker has an on-off switch on the bottom of the Tank? I will find the instructions for the KV-1 and see if I can help. Saxondog
