i have started my mato sherman have cut off barrel and replaced it with a t34 one that i got off ebay it has a led inside barrel not sure if i will connect it but it looks a lot better and works out about 5mm longer

i bought some tamiya sherman stowage parts and tyres off ebay the tyres are to big for the wheels there must be different size wheels for the tamiya shermans my mistake anybody looking for spare tam tyres

just a couple of pics to show where i am also have tamiya machine gun it fits to loose in hatch so will have to fix that and i got rx-18 electrics which have to be fitted only problem is i dont have as much time as i use to, this might be my last tank it will be hard to get away from

got a bit more done installed rx-18 only trouble is its that bloody clang clang sound again this is the second one i got its a pity they dont put what the sound is on the rx-18 i just have to sort out the upper hull electrics, sprayed the hull with tam olive drab and klear polish have to get more paint for turret, i put a bar on side of turret for some stowage also have to make a platform inside for the driver thats about it for now

finally got my ammo belt for the MG its 1/18th fits very well in ammo box i spent ages on the net looking for this and it has to be painted yet what do you think pics not the best

this is not going to well at mo still trying to sort electrics also sealed decals and they bubbled up so will have to remove them now

Oh lol, I have three of those BBI .50 cals with belt, got one from that weapon set, plus another two each with a BBI paratrooper. I've used one on my M3 halftrack but no where near as good as you have!! Was actual .50 cal gun with the ammo box that flips up on the Sherman then?

the MG on my sherman is a tamiya one i got a sprue off ebay and made it also painted ammo tips copper and shell casings brass the pics i have up are before i painted ammo
