tigers in afrika

i have been reading about tigers in afrika on some other forums and some say they didnt have any numbers on the turret do you guys know if this is true also been trying to find decent pics of any

I think they did have numbers as there are photos on Alan Hamby's site and also the Tiger from Bovington Tank Museum showing numbers.
