Hi,
My name is Alan from Essex. Just found this site while searching for material/info for my latest prodject, Tamiya 1:16 Sherman. Have been building Tamiya 1:16 tanks for several years now and have 5 already built although at the moment 2 are in dock after taking a few knocks, so decided to strip them down and add some aftermarket upgrades.
I,ve had the Sherman kit for about 5 years now and just had the urge to start it after watching Kelly's Heroes the other night. The project will be to convert it to Oddball's Sherman.
Once I get the hang of this forum, I'll post some pics of my progress.

Welcome aboard! sounds like you already have a handle on the building of RC tanks. Hopefully, you will find some great tips to enhance your fleet, especially in the electronics and finishing sections.
