Hello from the cold north.

Post by BigMek »

So, just found this forum and discovered this great hobby.

So far I'm not the owner of an RC tank since I'm still not sure which one to get but have been looking around to soak up any info I can about what I've been looking at.

A bit about myself: my name is Kenneth, I'm 24 and from Denmark (vikings and beer, wuuuh), I've had an intereset for history and specifically WW2 for a long time, especially with regards to armoured vehicles and the military part of it.
I'm also a Roleplayer (both the classic and LARP), been painting miniatures since I was about 10 and also spend alot of time playing music.

Looking forward to being a member of this forum and hope I'll be able to contribute in a usefull way in the future, once I get all settled that is ^^

Well, that's all I think.

Thanks alot for the welcome.

Looking through the forum makes me want to get started, though I'm still not sure if I should pick up the HL KV-1 or a Mato Sherman, to many choises ^^

Welcome BigMek, I am happy to know we have a figure painter join or group, that is one skill I am very poor at and could use some guidance. Be sure to look at the vendors section before buying any tank. Their are those out there who have what sounds like a good deal until you open the box. Cheers Saxondog
