proportional smoke unit

bought a proportional smoke unit of ebay,i need to know if i have to solder on to the board 4 wires for the drive motors or do i just plug it in the rx 18 board,not very good with electrics do not want to damage the rx 18 any help would be much appreciated thanks :think:

The photo is correct, should work out. The element is powered by the plug in connection, the motor leads power the pump. But if the smoker last as long as they normally do the next unit should be a Super Smoker Unit.

Thanks Saxondog for your help,maybe if i ask the wife and sons i may receive a nice super smoker unit for xmas? ;)

You never know,the unit is being made for several types of models,ships,trucks and tanks of several scale including 12v/24v 1/6 scale. Work is in progress on the KILL EFFECT Smoker and barrel discharge as well.

Saxondog. I have three H/L Smokers all failed,two in my Tiger and my Jagdpanther's smoker worked for maybe 10 minutes.
