like i said got some way to go ... once its given some tone ... chipping ... and weathereing to will look just great ! .. trust me .... seen the paint job done by tony greenland .... and its a fairly accurate camo job too .. ots kane from a stug 3 very late in the war
Just kidding! Actually, the cammo margins are very well done. really nice edges on the dot effects...But I don't know much about color selection for the vehicle...
I think you got the cammo about right. Like you said some weathering and it will be very realistic. You did agreat job of toning the red areas.
If anyone thinks the cammo is not correct, you are wrong. I even have pictures of a 1945 Jadgapanther that was painted to look like the side of a brick wall.
You have to figure that at this stage ofthe war one of the only colors left in abundance was Primer Red, so it just goes to show that this cammo is indeed likely to have been used.
I like it!

and yes its set in minden in german in the very late stages of the war ..i am guessing its some sort of urban camo .. the stug was caputer by the canadians ... theres in the back ground is a sherman .. and that looks to be the right green ?
lotts to do .... oh my head hurts ...
its a gamble to do this colour scheam ... but as we all know the paint was in very hard to find by the end of the war ...
i have even read a passage from a russian tanker in berlin that
say's thay came across a panther that has flower patterned wall paper glued to the turret !
now that would look ... different .... dolls house shop any one ?
