Kampfgruppe Kernow keeps on giving it large!!

Post by panzerschreck »

What `o me old muckers!

Just a quicky to let you guys know that the Kampfgruppe is still alive and well!

Continued my forays into the dark side of the Force @) and have now completed my 1/6th scale collection (no more room  to put any more shelfs up in the spare room A.K.A. "Tankograd II") - when the 222 (nickname of "Heidi") finally arrives  will have 1x1/6th & 9x1/16th R/C AFVs/military vehicles - like having a scaled down Bovvy all to myself

Haul of 1/6th goodies now at the following:

GERMANY

222 light armoured car & commander
Crate of (x4) panzerfaust 30/60 AT rockets
2.8 cm sPzB 41 AT rifle
MG34 machine gun w/AA tripod
(x2) MG42 machine guns w/tripods

UNITED KINGDOM

British commando sniper (Private)
British paratrooper w/welbike (Private)
British military police (Sergeant)
PIAT (Projector Infantry Anti-Tank)
BREN light machine gun

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

37 mm AT gun w/gunner
BAZOOKA model M1A1 AT rocket launcher

Also have built my own guardhouse to go with the (x2) road signs & (x4) traffic barriers, plus have (x2) 200L fuel drums form the "German Quatermasters set" - their huge!

Will have another go at sticking some photo`s on if I can get the computer to work :{ it`s had a bit of a rebuild 8| so hopefully more luck this time around

Till we meet again, don`t know where, don`t know when...

This is Panzerschreck saying T.T.F.N. me old muckers

...always room for a small one as they say phnar phnar ;)

Managed to find enough space to squeeze a 1/6th scale Vickers heavy machine gun in, any exscuse to up-gun the Brits, what, what!

Cracking little model, all metal construction, brass .303 bullets in a canvas belt, canvas barrel jacket, working traverse/elavation on the tripod, plus water condenser can & two ammo boxes, both with real surface rust!

I so luuurrrve this scale

Not forgetting me routes though @) took the Tamiya Panther G for a spin around the old back garden Bocage the other day to blow a few cobwebs out, as this years various rallys fast approach  , glad to say running like a dream

Until we meet again, don`t know where, don`t know when...

This is panzerschreck saying T.T.F.N. me beauties
