computer / laptop boffin help scaning / printingplease !

hi all

i have a thought ? oh dear

i can scan a 1/76 drawing in to my laptop ...

but how do i make that drawing 1/16 ?

i am useing windows vista

then can i print that new 1/16 drawing ??

any one done this ?

it must be possible .. as i hope my laptop has more 'brain power ' than a copyier ?

Mm ok this could be tricky to explain in a few words...Do you have any sort of Photoshop or graphics editing stuff on your Lappy ?
If so then they usually have a ruler/grid you could resize the image in the software (I usually use it by %) until you know the measurements are correct for the 1/16 model. That is to say if a 1/16 Churchill was say 35cm long then upsize your drawing till it was 35cm long using the grid to measure ? Thats how Id do it....but Im not an expert. Tell ya what send me a copy of the scan and Ill show you what I mean....Not an LVT is it
