Heng Long Panther G "extra" tools

When I got my Heng Long Panther G, there were two tools that weren't in the manual (the "how to install accessories" section). They were in the table on the left side but not in the main "place object here"-diagrams.

Does anyone know what these two are? Are they some sort of scopes, and is there any place on the model tank for them?

And, on a related note, is the circled item here a towing hook?

Any help would be appreciated by my curiosity. Thanks in advance!

the first ic of tools are from a jagdpanther . there not used on the panther .. there sights / periscopes ///

and the second pics is for linking tow ropes to the tanks .. standard on a lot of german tanks !

i got those on my panther too, i wondered what they were i thought they were scopes for somethin but now i no thanks
