So, my original plan was to get the Tamiya Leopard. Having spent time on this forum now, I have seen a lot of really nice WWII tanks. Now I ask all of you, if you could get any Tamiya tank available right now, what would you get?

first I would like to say welcome to the forum,I would build the King Tiger if I were to purchase a Tamiya Tank or Jagdpanther,check out the Tamiya build section for more specific information on each type.Which ever one you chose you will find plenty of advice here on the forum to help guide you through your build.Good Luck Blake

so it would be the panzer 4 for me

I have a tamiya king tiger pershing and leopard 2 even though im not into modern tanks without doubt the leo is the better kit.

eek the leo is probably tamiya's worst kit stevie, to be able to run it on slightly bumpy ground you need to purchase £££'s worth of upgrades lol

having said that, if you have the cash i'd go for a leo! (a new one though, i bought a second hand one and its a complete state lol.) and the upgrades from AFV.

Thanks for all the replies. Still mulling it over, lol. I'm really starting to like the german WWII tanks, but the "ugly" russian KV-1 looks pretty cool too.

Again, thanks for the input. So I decided on the KV-1 as I don't see many people with it. I think I may mod it a bit too to look like the up armored versions from '41. It's on order, so I'll post pics of the build as I go. On a side note, anyone have color pics of diff paint schemes on these tanks?
