Hi Sounds like the jet needs stipping down and cleaning could be slightly clogged when you leave them for a while they can become clogged up ,make sure the preasure isnt to high 20psi is plenty.

Sounds like the tip is blocked if the air is going into the jar instead of going out the tip unscrew the tip and check its not blocked.

Bad seal in the trigger assembly? Not sure if this applies to your gun. Blake

I'm sure you know how to do this,but maybe watching someone else may help you realize a fault in the gun that has been overlooked? http://rctankwarfare.co.uk/forums/viewt ... 151&t=2743" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Chris,I am an amateur with the airbrush.I have a Paasche double action that I have had for 1-year.What brand is your gun? The instructions are most likely on line or someone here may know the brand? Just a couple of Idea's. My gun references a seal in the trigger as the issue if the gun blows back into the bottle, hope you get it straightened out. Blake

I use a gravity fed airbrush, so dont know much about the bottle type but from what I understand of the type, isn't the air supposed to go past the end of the pipe joining the air brush to create a partial vacuum to suck the paint out of the bottle and not blow it out
here is a wikipedi article about airbrushes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbrush" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
