M-75 "based" Belgian APC.
Well, after 3 1/2 months of scratting around the house and the work place for materials to use on this tank...It's finished. And here it is.....
Re: M-75 "based" Belgian APC.
Excellent build, really great detailing. The spare stands out,as does the tools. But the lights.foot steps, rear door detail.down to the number plate are all so well done. Then the copulas detail is great, must have been difficult to make all the smaller latch, hand rails.and hinge assembly. The front headlight brackets seems very detailed, and that crazy muffler. Cheers Blake

Cheers Sax, Its been a bit pain staking, trying to find the materials, and then trying to envisage them as parts of a tank, but i got there. I must admit, my favorite bits are the front spare wheel with pad locks, and the tools on the back. Luckily i managed to find the tools in side the hoover after my wife had sucked them up, so as i was going to make new ones any way, I replaced all the handles with real wood, and re-modeled the axe head.
Im glad you like it.
Many regards, Luke.

Luke,it's more than like,it is a unique model.Just that fact speaks for the skill and craftsmanship needed and applied to create this tank.We need this type of build to keep the forum fresh and new.It also opens the door for guy's who are considering projects or see through your build ideas that may not of occurred to them. Then theirs the material used to create this model, that is very important because it widens to inventory a modeler has to utilize in creating these unique builds. Well done,It would be helpful to describe some of the materials you used, the brackets, handles, the back doors have several latches.hinges,brackets.locks,and the copula is very well detailed, did you use brass wire or some other material to fabricate the handles and hinge assemblies.then the oval vision ports, are they solid or have clear lenses? I better stop,it's just I see so many things on this and other custom builds and my mind just goes "how did he do that" maybe to curious, maybe not. Cheers BLAKE

Cheers Brel, It all started out back in October at Septon's meet at the scout hut.....very glad i went.
Sax....Trust me Sax, If i can do it, any one can. Its not actualy as complex as it looks, realy! It just took a bit of imagination and a bucket load of patience. Ill add a post to the build thread as that thread is a bit sparce on content.
