My 1/16th tanks

Here is one I just finished. A Heng Long KV-1. I tried to model it after a picture I found of the real tank during WW2. Quite muddy and dusty. Turret slogan reads "death to the fascist toad" which has to be one of the best slogans I have ever seen! First up is the original tank photo.

I make display stands for my tanks to rest on. The local trophy shop makes the little display plaques.

For some reason the rust effects show up very bright in the pictures. They don't look like that in real life. I have not figured out the proper lighting with the camera to make it look normal. Sorry!
