I posted a few pictures of it in Tips and Tricks to show some made up bedrolls, tents and tarpaulins.
It's the HL 1/24th scale Abrams M1A2 that I sold to make way for the HL1/16th Tiger.
The alice packs, duffel bags, spare road wheels,APU and ammo boxes were all cast up in resin by a chap I used to have a lot of contact with in the U.S.(sadly he's given up the RC tank scene)
The bedroll, tents and tarps are made from babywipes(clean unused ones

All the grab handles on the turret boxes and engine deck were fashioned from brass wire.
The periscope glasses were done with Krystal Kleer and then washed with a gloss purple/dark grey mix of paint.
The rest of it is just painted and weathered with a few old Tamiya decals put on to roughly represent a Desert Shield M1A2.

One of wifey's conditions on buying the Tiger was that I sold the Abrams,so it now lives with it's new owner in Northern Ireland.
Had I have kept it I suppose I'd have put an HL S&S board in it to give it better control over the turret, gun, elevation and speed.
The little push button Tx was pretty hit and miss.
