Next Project ?

Post by Andicog »

Bought this to have a go at a transporter, want to extend the trailer etc, its a little too large in scale especially with bigger tanks but wont look too bad with a Stug or Panzer 3. Cab moulding is very good for what is a toy, need to work out how to make a windscreen. Looking at most other (more expensive r/c) trucks it seems most people opt for the shiny as opposed to the weathered look.

Nice a coat of green paint to make it look ok would go down a treat.
I bought a stretched Brudder trailer off ebay to put my leo on it at meets and I am also waiting for the Tamiya tractor unit kit that I bought off ebay to arrive from HK

Pics would be good, wondered what to make the windscreen from in the first place ??? Kids are now convinced Dads losing it buying big 'plastic toys' !! Havin said that, I think it has potential and looks decent for the money. :D

Yes I've seen the Mack, when funds allow . . . . Did also think of 4 axle dump truck or the 4 axle mixer, thought of taking the body off and putting the 'fifth wheel' coupling onto the longer chassis to create a more heavy weight transporter . . . . so many ideas and so little time !! :/
