oztrucks new "G" Panther (video)

Post by oztruck »

Got my Panther G last Friday, tested it and clocked the suspension Saturday, painted it Sunday, and took these snaps today. Going to wait for 7 days before I weather it. Then some more nice photos.
What ya think?

Looks Great! Love the shot with the furniture. Good choice of base color. Weathering will show well.

Why the seven day wait period?

:xrad: I wait the 7 days for the base coat to set up, that way I never have ANY problems when weathering, handling, washing Etc.

: Viper: The suspension is too soft in the front with metal gearboxes, so to stiffen it up I increase the spring tension by revolving the spring to another position to give it more strength

:JTS: Yep thats the new Heng Long Tank Commander, he was a bit green when I got him, but he is alright now.

:phill2452: This one is going to stay in the base color, or that is the plan at the moment

The missing fender is very cool and the Panther is one my favorites too. John

Well I got the Panther painted and weathered, finished it last night and took some happy snaps today instead of having lunch. The things I give up for RC tanks LOL.
Hope you like it, comments welcome.
