My New Panther G

Post by FireflyKeith »

Finally thanks to Heng Long and Dave "forgebear" i now have a Panther :D I have only been wating about 2 years for an affordable one so now i've got it im wasting no time and getting on with it straight away (sorry KT you will have to wait) this is not so much a build but more a makeover due to lack of time right now, as you will see in most of the pictures i have been doing it at work during break times 8) There is still plenty to do like weathering, fitting the metal tracks and hopefully wheels and suspension arms come xmas :shh:

Hi Pete i hope santa has been working out or he's never going to carry all the metal parts i want :haha: As for the battle system it is the IR version but i will never use it, i got the IR for the gun recoil which i hope to make more realistic 8)

LMAO Dave, i put it down one day and then just could'nt find it, i was gutted as i loved that Heng Long 3 colour camo 8O

I used Milliput for the Zimmerit and the choice of colour was choosen by looking through lots of books until i found one i liked, this time i found this picture and this is what i hope to achieve in the end.

Fantastic work Keith! I like the camo scheme, its nice and different to the usual 3 tone. How does the HL Panther run?
Cheers,
