HL Tiger Recoil/ module

Post by STEINER »

Has any body fitted one of these and are they any good. http://www.welshdragonmodels.co.uk/tank ... -867-p.asp

I can see that part of the wiring goes to the motors, but can any one tell me more about what needs to be soldered ?

Cheers.

Hi, thanks for your info on the recoil mod kind sir....

I have seen a post that someone has used these tank" backward jump blockers" to good efect but due to advancing years I can't remember where I saw the post...typical eh!

Bill@rccommand has a mod for recoil, and tank recoil.I am really not sure if it will work out for the Asiatam recoil unit,it does work well on my recoil which is a servo activated type but with airsoft not I/R.Also their was a post on here some time back about by-passing the tank recoil operation and just having left up joystick for firing and recoil at the same time?Sax

Have not used one, but I need one after my recoil mods. Cycle is too long and tank jumps twice. I was going to build a monostable 555ic timing circuit with one shot trigger...but it would be easier to buy this.........
