This Tiger was my very first 1/16 model, bought in 2018.
It is a Taigen full metal version, and still running the old RX18 board.
If I would buy this Panzer these days, I would do it all different, but back then I was far less experienced than today (if I may say so), everything was new to me so I got over enthusiastic sometimes.
Back then I wanted something different, not those usual tactical numbers most models run.
So, as this one should pretend being a Befehlswagen, I handpainted the Roman Numbers III onto both turret sides. Not perfect, but back then, not everything looked perfect too.
But because this beast was my very first one in this great hobby, I never will change a thing on it!
It stays the way it is!
Recently added those Fallschirmjäger, to make it look more alive.
Here are a few originsl pics from back in the days:

Good grief, Rob59: your 2018 first effort came out better than any of mine after twenty years.
Sigh: you took all the talent, skill, and left none for me.

Just keep on practicing…….
You will get better by the day.
Good luck, you can do it!

I don’t know how you manage to get such great photographs?
You don’t get wiser as you get older. You just run out of stupid things to do.
