Hello UK Tank Warfare

Hello all,
I live in rainy PNW of USA (Seattle area). I have loved tanks and anything with tracks since I was little. I have some 1/16 scale tanks, but my true love is 1/6 scale. I especially like scratch building. I have several Armortek models which scratch the itch some. I know some on this forum from Armortek and other forums,

I also enjoying making, manual machining, CAD design, CNC machining, and 3D printing etc.

I hope to share some projects with you here. Looks like this a very active group.

Thanks all for the welcome. I actually have two 1/6 Stuart now. This one is all steel, although turret will be Aluminum. The first one is all Alum. I will post build thread for each.

Welcome from the People’s Republik of Illinois. I’m a Missourian native though. Your modeling is impressive and if I had room I would to pursue a 1/6 Initial Production Tiger 1. I seem to be fixated on that early run of Tigers.

Hi Jimster, Thanks for the welcome. Armortek made an early version of the Tiger1 kit in 1/6. They still come up for sale occasionally but mostly in UK.
