This was my first float plane. These days I am using landing gear. This plane has been on the flight line for about 20 years. This is a very good flying plane like the F4 Cub and uses the same wing.
BL inrunner\gearbox motor 3s 800MaH lipo. Lemon 7 channel with Telemetry. 3 channel with wing dihedral (self leveling acts like auto ailerons). This plane is a SLOW FLYER THAT ALLOWS SMALL SPACE OPERATIONS.
Detachable landing gear allows switch between LG or floats.
AUW = 20 oz.
I recently started flying this plane in front of my driveway using the street as a runway. I live in a development that has underground street wiring so no overhead wires.
Thousands of ROG'S with a thousand or more flights and hundreds of water flights with floats. This is a very good flying planes that can fly in a small area and is steady enough to do ROGS on any 2 lane road and or semi smooth dirt runway.
I will post pictures of the floats mounted on the DH2 Beaver asap.
I will post more info asap..

I fly a 1/8 DHC2 Beaver foamie in British Army markings, It is a delight to fly, Its natural environment being low and slow.
It brings back fond memories whenever I watch it running down the field and into the air.
