Even aligning the Bogie wheel with the road wheel will only get a little better, and we designed this part to solve the problem of throwing track when driving at normal speed.

This part prevents distortion of the idle wheel.
For those suffering from throwing track issues in henglong panzer3
I am disclosing this part for free.

Please do not use or modify this part commercially without permission.

"Caution" PLA+ generally has better strength than ABS, but is vulnerable to heat. Be aware that parts may be distorted if you store them in a car or in other hot places in the summer.

Nice job. Funny part is, I pretty much did the same process on my Mato metal PZ3 a while back. I kept seeing that the tracks were hitting the parts you redesigned and I made the changes similar to yours.

Can we show or describe the solving of this issue? or show the to do re-engineering? The link above doesn't work and I'm not into printing the parts with the parts I've already acquired.

I've got both a HL Panzer III and a Stug III lined up. I've gotten the Taigen idler wheel adjusters and know there will be a bit of fitting involved. Curious what to expect.

Suggestions?

I decided to buy my design at RC shops in Korea, so I can't disclose it anymore.

To explain the principle, the throwing track problem of henglong PZ3 is caused by three causes.
1. Twisted plastic body
2. The issue of clearance of idle fixed parts
3. the issue of the tensioner's clearance

Three causes cause the rear side of the idle wheel to bend outward, resulting in a throwing track.

No. 1 is virtually impossible to solve and the marked part is made to prevent problems from occurring 2 or 3 so that the idle wheel does not bend.
