Hello from Japan

Post by VesperTrinsic »

Hello guys,

New forum member here. I am a Brit living in Japan. Just got interested in this new expensive hobby.
First tank is a Henglong King Tiger, will post some pics of it soon!

Cheers

Welcome Vesper to the forum. Terrific Royal Tiger: viewtopic.php?p=365612#p365612. Great group here. I am a believer that this hobby does not have to be high dollar. It is certainly easy to spend a bunch of money on our tanks. I've got about 6 or 7 builds that were under 50 USD after the $100 spent on the basic HL M4A3.

Again, welcome aboard!

I saw the photos. My guess is that that Japan is a great place for hobby stores. It's probably good that I am some distance from such temptation. Have fun!

Welcome to the forum Vesper Trinsic, from New York. A UO fan I take it?

Nice first work on your King Tiger. I did mine up recently too in some wintry garb.

You're in the land of Tamiya, I'm surprised one of those didn't jump at ya before a Heng Long.

Welcome aboard and have fun.
