Panzer 1 Builds

Post by Dogberry »

Hi Guys,

Just thought you would like a look at a few of my Panzer I projects. For some reason I like the Tacom Panzer 1 Kit.
As per all my builds they are R/C ( Not battle capable) full sound etc. The paint job was by my son but the builds were mine.
The flak panzer was the worst to build as there are so little information about them perhaps only 15-20 photos no examples survived unlike the Jadgpanzer 1 and no drawings taken from an original.
There is some evidence that the Flakpanzer was armed with a triple barreled 20mm and one blurred photo which would seem to suggest one example was armed with the 37mm flak gun.
Now I have cracked how to motorize them I would like to have a go at a few more examples like a Bison and a command Panzer 1

Very cool. Do you have any pictures of the inside and how you motorized them?

Well the pictures that are coming through are outstanding. The flack version does look like a difficult build.

Great pictures.

I do like the flakpanzer too.
I have some pictures and it seems the flakpanzer with 3 barrels is called flakpanzer I ausf B

For the rest, the flakpanzer I is almost not mentioned in any book. Too bad because it is a nice model to built
