Hello everyone. I am an RC tank addict

Post by sberwick »

Hello My Name is Sean from Ontario Canada.
I worked in a hobby shop when I was younger and got addicted to RC vehicles at an early age. Tank back then were hard to get, I always wanted a Tamiya Sherman but they were never available. I now have (7) 56001 Sherman's, (2) 56005 Sherman's, (3) 56016 full option Sherman's, as well as (3) Heng Long Sherman's, (2) Hooben Sherman's, (2) Taigen/Torro Sherman's (both versions) (2) Mato metal Sherman's and (1) older M4A1 Mato plastic Sherman's. As well as (1) Heng Long early Tiger, And (1) Taigen/Torro Late Tigers. And Finally (1) 1/10 Hooben Fury Sherman.
So As you can see I have become a major addict. lol
Nice to meet you all!

Welcome Sean, from Perth, Ontario!
So that's why I can't find any Shermans around the province! Nice selection and after reading "Brothers in Arms", new respect for the quick firing Sherman 75mm and its ability to brew up Tigers...when they weren't broken down

Pics please!

Mike.

I count 25, getting up there in my realm of addiction  . I, too, worked in a hobby store, but that was over 50 years ago. 8O

Do you have any photos?

(Just a reminder: although the Sherman is close to our hearts, Germany, the UK, and so many others also had a few tanks. :P )
