Hoping to find others that have tanks to shoot at. lol

Welcome from Ontario, a mere 4400km or so away. I'll pop by tomorrow after lunch!

There was a new member from BC a few months ago, can't remember if they were an islander or a mainlander. You might have somebody to shoot at after all!

Well at least it will be done politely,
Fumus Comedientis Welcome to the Forum
If nothing else I hope you enjoy your Heng Long products they have had a lot of bad mouthing over the years which is a pity because of all the Tank builders they are the ones who have tried the hardest to produce a decent vechicle.
Ask questions and join in with any threads that catch your attention.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

"HDP--I had no idea you spoke Welsh". lllillouthella thilloughhspt grougghllith or "I hope we didn't scare off FumusComedentis with our fun." Actually I have an English friend who can speak a bit of Welsh. I wish I could speak, understand, and read every language.

lol Salve!! Thanks for the welcomes!
The tanks are all HL...at least generally. lol There's all sorts of parts in them since they came to me...from traditional suppliers such as Mato and Tamiya to other general RC manufacturers like Traxxas and Injora. :P HL may not be the best, but you've got to give them credit for the number of parts available for them...especially if you're up to a bit of creative modding. lol
Right now my challenge is how to make glow-in-the-dark pellets function as tracers...if anyone's got ideas. My best concept is to light the inside of the ammo basin. Right now the simplest way I've found so far, (no wiring), is to place tiny little watch-battery powered lights in the compartment with the pellets. I found the lights on Amazon...I think they are intended to be put inside balloons or something. lol Hit me up if you've got suggestions. :)
I'll find/take some pictures and post 'em.
Thanks again!

Wow! Tracers! Now that will make BBs fun again! What a great idea. Please do give us photos and "how to" explanations. In fact, you might do so under the "electronics" section of "Builds." viewforum.php?f=31 And can you take a video in the dark? O.K. that's asking a bit much. :haha:
