Panther G loose tracks assistance requested
The HL instruction book is not helpful.
The back wheel is it a Phillips head or and Allen screw?
I don't want to strip it since I can't see it.
Should I remove the track itself?
Pictures could help or a link maybe.

A clearer photo...red arrow, part that needs to be removed? blue arrow, here you have to insert a thin blade and lever it, on both sides at the same time would be better, personal opinion

If it's the heng long idler with the hole in the middle then it's a phillips head screw

The trick to the H/L idler is the balance of your phillips head screw driver tip size to its ability to fit through the hole in the hub to access it.
Once you find a driver to fit the hole, make sure you keep high pressure on it after its engaged in the screw.
if not, you risk tearing the cross out of the screw head and forcing you to dismantle the idler .
