Hi, have been looking at various articles for a long time to pick up ideas etc.
I have been ‘tank mad’ since visiting Bovington when 4 year old (now 65) and having done all forms of modelling from CO2 powered free flight, Rc electric planes up to steam boats and finally a 3” steam wagon (all free lance, own designs) finally gone full circle, embarking on a 1/6 scale ‘Vickers light tank MkVIC’ design and build.
Would love to try and follow in Miken footsteps if possible !

Yes tremendous builds! Welcome aboard and you have probably figured out by now, we LOVE pictures. Some of your previous works if you have some.

Thank you for the introduction and, oh, yes, we'd love to see photos of those builds. The big boys here on RCTW will go nutso over your Vickers light tank MkVIC build as you progress.

Re: Newby
Hello and welcome from Argyll and Bute. I will echo what others have said. We want pictures. We had an old boy local to us, who built a 1/4 size, road legal, Foden Steam Lorry. Travelled to the pub on it every Wednesday and Sunday. He usually managed between 8 and 10 pints, before driving it home. His logic was it only travels at 10mph and wonders all over the road anyway. I don’t condone his behaviour.
