New Group Build Discussion.
Anyone interested in a new build?
Themes? Topics?
My Tiger Tank commander of choice Paul Egger is requesting me to produce his last 2 Tigers but I'm curious what others may be interested in?

My propositions.
1) Since it was winter last time, this time - a desert!
2) Berlin 1945 - Soviet and German tanks at the end of the war

Monsieur Tox and I are trying to get a "Support or wheeled vehicle" group build started. viewtopic.php?t=36008 If that could be added, we'd be in...

Yes! I forgot about that. Good idea!Ecam wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2024 12:36 pm Monsieur Tox and I are trying to get a "Support or wheeled vehicle" group build started. viewtopic.php?t=36008 If that could be added, we'd be in...
Re: New Group Build Discussion.
I like both of those ideas

Or we do Both, like we just did for Winter and D-day. Might encourage more participation. Desert could include MBT's both Soviet from their Afganistan war to the Gulf war to current Middle East, all the way back to WWII in Africa.
"Late war" WWII German and Soviet could be Berlin or surrounding late conflicts.

Ok, sorry I forgot this. I don't want to step on any toes. So to maximize participation let's get that one going first. Maybe IE earlier starting date. Then maybe the Other Tank build sometime in the early fall?

Or even "1946" Paper Panzers

Re: New Group Build Discussion.

Re: New Group Build Discussion.
Frankly these could all be done as a group build like the D-Day/Winter. Just some additional categories. With the basic prefix under Group Builds July 2024.
[Support]
[Paper Tigers]
[Desert]
[Berlin 45]
[etc]
No deadline, and the helpful tips and tricks of before...
I just think we'd need a separated section or sub section under the "Group Builds". Perhaps if the Group Builds category could be split up similar to Build Logs.
