Sherman Bergepanzer/Beute

Post by Tank79 »

Hello everyone. I post this Sherman tank, it was an old Henglong recovered, painted and converted. It mounts an old Clark Tk20 motherboard.

As if there weren't an abundance of Sherman variants already, you have created another Beutepanzer version. How unusual! Was there a prototype for your :D BergeBeutePanzer :D ? Or is it your creative imagination? You sure have done a great job on the weathering and the wooden turret ring cover.

Dear Professor thank you for the compliments, I appreciate it very much. The project came about to recover an old Sherman, and to honor a Russian site that was a huge archive of Beutepanzer images that was unjustly closed with the start of the war. I took my cue from a smaller scale model and then proceeded as logically as possible
